All but the driest reptiles need an appropriately-sized water dish in their enclosure. Ready access to fresh, clean water is an important part of making sure that your pet stays hydrated. Chronic dehydration is one of the most common problems in pet reptiles " particularly "arid" species like bearded dragons and leopard geckos. Providing a water dish in their enclosure helps make sure your pet stays healthy.
Zoo Med Glow-Bowls are made to be almost indestructible for longevity, and they have a smooth, non-porous surface to help prevent bacteria from building up. Plus, they glow in the dark!

Instructions for Use:
Reptile food and water dishes must be cleaned and disinfected regularly in order to prevent bacterial build-up. Uneaten food should be removed after 12 hours and water should be replaced daily.
To make the bowls glow, you will need to "charge" them by holding them near a bright light for a few minutes.
Zoo Med Glow-Bowls, Large are best suited for larger reptiles such as blue-tongue skinks, young iguanas, tortoises, and other similarly-sized animals.

3. Can feeder insects escape from this bowl?
These are not escape-proof dishes; they do have a slight texture to the surface, which means bugs could escape.
